• The AI Staff do not offer legal, medical, or financial advice.

• AI performance may vary depending on configuration, input, and platform updates.

7. Call Recording and Monitoring

By using our voice-based Services (e.g., AI Receptionist), you acknowledge and consent to:

• Call recording for quality, training, and performance improvement.
• Storage and transcription of call content to facilitate automation and user review.

You are responsible for informing your customers or callers of any applicable recording disclosures in your jurisdiction.

8. Privacy and Data Use
