- Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or resell our software or services.
- Using AI Staff for harassment, spam, or deceptive practices.
- Interfering with or overloading our infrastructure.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts involved in abuse or violations without notice.
6. AI Output Disclaimer
- AI responses are based on preprogrammed inputs and may not always be accurate or appropriate.
- The AI Staff do not offer legal, medical, or financial advice.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it.
- AI performance may vary depending on configuration, input, and platform updates.
7. Call Recording and Monitoring
By using our voice-based Services (e.g., AI Receptionist), you acknowledge and consent to:
- Call recording for quality, training, and performance improvement.
- Storage and transcription of call content to facilitate automation and user review.
You are responsible for informing your customers or callers of any applicable recording disclosures in your jurisdiction.
8. Privacy and Data Use
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our Services, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of your data. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze your data solely to provide and improve the Services.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds are issued for unused portions of active billing periods unless required by law.

Staffed AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for damages resulting from:
- Errors or omissions in AI-generated content.
- Service interruptions or delays.
- Loss of data or access.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Staffed AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of revenue or business. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Staffed AI and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Services,
- Violation of these Terms,
- Infringement of third-party rights.
14. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
